Ciara O'Brien, a highly qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, holds a first-class honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. As a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), she offers one-to-one counselling for adults in a supportive, empathetic, and confidential environment.
Ciara works from an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to suit each client’s unique needs. She tailors every session to the individual, shaping the therapeutic process around their personal strengths, challenges, and lived experience.
Ciara supports clients with issues such as neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ experiences, gender and sexual identity, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and self-expression. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support.
